Probably wan't the correct size. Looks as close to new you can get used. In perfect working condition. Very sealed up.

If you're in the USA, I will always try to ship two day air if possible. Will fit other model's, check to make sure it fits yours before buying. Came off a 2005 Honda XR650R. Very few scratches, no dents that I can see.

Whoever redid the packing made siren there are no leaks at all see images. Has no affect on performance.
