Not 100% sure. The clean out lid has been welded but you might be able to grind off the weld and still use it. Packed carefully and ready to ship now. Its painted with two coats of High Temp Ceramic flat black header paint.

1981 - 1983 XL100S OEM Muffler Exhaust Header Honda part number 18300-KA8-030 / 18300-KA8-037 Might fit the 84 and 85 model's also. Used Honda OEM muffler with heat shield and spark arrestor. Please look at attached photos carefully. As ugly as it is meets Noise and Spark Arrestor EPA requirements will get the job done.

Like all my parts, this part is clean and ready to use now guaranteed as described. This muffler has been repaired, it a patch with an ugly weld and some JB in couple of spots, repairs are not mine. Its ready to use now. Cleaned and inspected, repairs have no rust holes that I can see.
