It comes as its shown in the pics. It has been patched and coated in a HIGH TEMP BBQ paint. I did notice 1 other small crack. It will work with all Helix' from 1986 to 2001.

This is a good usable muffler I just removed from my 1986 Honda Helix CN250 scooter. It could be easily patched with a little putty.
