It is barely used, and looks like new. There is the slightest amount of surface rust on internal parts. According to the part number, it is non-catalytic equipped version. There are absolutely no scratches, dents, scrapes or other damage of any kind on this part.

The only evidence of use is light coating soot on inside inlet and outlet. I would consider this to be mechanically and cosmetically as good new. This original stock stainless steel-cover muffler was replaced with the factory performance carbon fiber can within 500 miles of purchase in 2000 on a new Triumph TT600.
