Please look at all the pictures baffles are complete. The chrome is OK but like I said not perfect,the pictures tell 1000 words. I think with some more time in chrome polish it would really shine up good however there is small imperfections. It came with a bike that I had and sold it was an extra its not perfect but very nice.
