There is slight surface rust that comes off with wd40 and a scotch brute pad or even a paper towel, which is normal for this system. There are no dings in the header. Used CRF150R or CRF150Rb aftermarket exhaust by dr. This is the durable stainless steel header with aluminum silencer exhaust.

That's easy to do. I have sprayed it down for preservation.

It is slightly used and has no defects. It does not need re packing yet but if you want a new system at a fraction of the cost, then go for repack.
