Complete exhaust as is as pictured this is the one pictured on the bike one side still has the non removable collar that I had to remove includes original bolts plus I like to use stainless steel hex bolts with stainless steel washers on the clamps included plus 2 new rubber bumpers for kick stand and stand nice solid set, has some use with some scuffing dings scratches but looks really nice installed bottom inside of left has some discoloration probably from something flinging off the chains far as rust these are very solid, only very little pitting on the left one, right header has a small ding, need to add closeup pics of headers, they are also included. Very rare part for literally the least rare bike, these are always missing or rusted out. I have tried most aftermarket mufflers and the Cb 350 needs the original mufflers it makes the bike.
