The support cones used on the baffles are made to specifications so the cones fit snugly inside the muffler body. The Hash family is proud to be able to make Hash pipe baffles in house with American made components. Patented vortex rod placement for optimal performance. Outside muffler shell is spun one piece metal construction.

Bolts and washers included. Hash pipes equipped with baffles of 16 gauge steel louvered spiral cores and 14 gauge spun steel baffle supports. Once the baffles are assembled, they are powder coated with a high temp paint which helps reduce rust and give a smoother surface for the air to flow through.

Muffler body is made from 16 gauge steel with limited welds the chrome muffler bodies are chromed with oem chroming which is used by the Harley Davidson factory, so the finish matches the chrome on Harley motorcycles. High temp powder coating inside and out to promote smooth airflow, heat reduction and protection against rust. The Hash pipes logo plate is laser cut from bright stainless steel and attached with stainless steel rivets for low maintenance. It also helps the exhaust system run cooler.

The baffle cores have a louvered spiral cut instead of perforations for better air flow and the vortex rods create a cyclonic draft which improves torque and horsepower. These cones are spun on forms to make the unique pattern which helps performance of the internal baffle system. Hash pipes come in either a high quality chrome which matches Harley Davidson chrome, or black high heat powder coating.
