For some stupid reason won't let me post the link. They point out what each pipe goes to and these are indeed left and right. Just google the part number and the first or second hit describes the Triumph part in full. These are new and unused though they don't seem new because they don't have the original packaging and they were left outside for awhile.
You can see these pipes look really nice. Definitely small and superficial. Though the numbers aren't successive it doesn't change what these go.
Both go to a Triumph Bonneville america efi and a Triumph speedmaster efi the right pipe has a few small dings here and there just see pictures. I took close ups and pics pulled back.
